Got home from an amazing all-day retreat experience with these beautiful souls.
For those of you that know me you know i take a million pictures normally of the whole day.
I gave myself permission to just BE present for it all and release and receive. I was so proud of myself!
I can’t put into words all the shifts we had and deep souls sister connections that were made.
My takeaways were to breathe more, be still more, listen to the messages, and know who I fucking am!! Oh and of course love is the key to it all!
