Where are you saying no to self?
Where can you start saying yes to self instead?
My membership runs calls each Tuesday night 4 time a month. With tomorrow being the 5th Tuesday they are “off” from the calls.
But I challenged them and now you all to do something with the time we would have had a class.
Take 60 to 90 minutes for you tomorrow. Do something from the list of the “I don’t have time for that”.
What is something you can do for you?
Reading time?
Solo beach or be near water time?
Painting time?
Pedicure time?
Purging your clothes to start fresh?
Cooking your favorite foods?
Doing your monthly intentions for August? (A practice we do in the group on week one call)
What is one thing you keep saying no to yourself because you don’t have time?
Stop saying no to you!
Say yes to self!
Each little step doing this will change that belief of worthiness in all areas of life.
