What is wrong with me?
Why do I do this?
Wtf am I doing wrong?

Instead ask. . .

What is possible?
What can I decide at this moment with no bullshit excuse to do next?
What commitment will I make to myself to win and not be a victim of what I think my story is?

No frills, straight up, no bullshit is what you need right now.

I wouldn’t be doing you justice as your coach if I didn’t get real with you like I had to get real with myself.

You ask what changed and got me focused on my journey. . .

I finally decided what I want. . .

I want to feel great in a fit body that looks and feels like a badass.

I no longer believe in my old stories and I will choose every day the new badass story of me.

I am a person who moves my body every day from a place of love and honor for self.

I am a person who is fully supported and abundant financially no matter what.

I am a person who stands in absolute certainty about her God-given mission to serve others.

I am a person who will not fail because I will never give up on myself!

Client. . .stop looking outside of you for the answers. . . The answer is in you. . . You are the magic!

It’s you deciding that you are tired of being sick and tired and you are willing to do hard things and find enjoyment in them! (I didn’t say I always like them. Lol)

You have the power to decide right now in this moment and take the actions that you know will serve you best.

Pick 5 non-negotiable things to do each day that will create the consistency needed to build the behaviors, beliefs, confidence, and life you desire.

Don’t try and do 20. Just 5.

Here are my five for my physical, mental, and spiritual health daily. . .

1. Move my body intentionally with love and honor for self every day. Being in nature is preferred but inside is fine if you’re not able to go out. Brain clarity is key!
2. Connect with self and higher power with meditation or video and quiet time to reflect. This can be done combined with #1.
3. Show up with my community to share something each day that could help someone who is watching/reading change the way they think and improve their life.
4. Drink lots of water and eat food that feels good in my body and makes me feel energized.
5. Daily gratitude and abundance practice to truly appreciate what I have and what I’m creating at the same time.

Fyi, these are my conversations with my clients because they are powerful self-lead women who just need a reminder of their badassery!!

I REFUSE TO LET ANYONE LIVE IN VICTIM LAND!

It’s a shitty place to be and a useless way to live.
