Gym is a great example most of us can relate to.
Logically we know that when we go and are done we feel a shit ton better and our day goes way better!
Yet we argue with ourselves for reasons why we don’t need to go, don’t want to go, can’t go each morning and so. . . We don’t.
Or we go for 30 or so days on a great routine and see success and then stop.
Couple things are happening but the one I want to talk about today is our Upper Limit.
Upper limit is the limit we have for ourselves to receive something.
Happiness limit
Love limit
Success limit
Money limit
You name it we have limits for each area we feel safe and know to receive.
How do we change this? How do we break the limit?
– Like any change it starts with full honesty and accountability for where we are and what we are experiencing.
– That gives us the awareness we need to make the change.
– Then we have to decide what we want, where we want to go, what we desire to experience instead. Aka vision of what’s possible.
– Finally it’s deciding we can, are worthy and enough to have more. Speaking it into truth.
We are limitless and the only limits we have are the ones we put on ourselves!
What upper limit do you want to raise today?
