As a dedicated Health and Life Coach, Yoga Instructor, Reiki, and Aromatherapy Practitioner, Mary Louise has devoted over 6 years to guiding individuals on a personalized and sustainable journey to wellness. Her approach is deeply rooted in the belief that true transformation occurs when we align nutrition, physical activity, and a mindset of gratitude.
Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, her affinity for nature is reflected in her love for hiking and engaging in outdoor adventures. These activities are not just hobbies but an extension of her wellness philosophy and embracing the healing power of nature.
Mary Louise has been in my world for almost 4 years now and I’ve loved watching her raise her daughter to be the most beautiful soul while she has stepped more and more into who she is truly meant to be in this world.
She stepped away from the “should be doing” and into her “meant to be doing” and has blossomed into the amazing leader of women on their wellness journeys that she is today!
