Day 3 is done, son!! Fantastic day today! Amazing food by Bria Stifter as always, set our goals and intentions for May, yoga on the beach, sunkissed by the sun (literally), so many fun photos taken, enjoyed the ocean one last time, wrote our belief statements (so powerful), did some shopping, had amazing dinner and said goodbye as many of us departed afterwards.

What an amazing 1st retreat hosted by Jackie Cote. Her dream became a reality and I couldn’t be happier for her. I am so grateful to have experienced it with her and all the beautiful (inside and out) human beings that showed up.

Words are not enough to describe just how incredible it was. The connections were deep. The conversations were real. The hugs were AWESOME!! The tears fell. The releases were palpable. Lives were transformed.

This connection will remain. The relationships will last. Support and love will continuously be given. Growth will be witnessed. These ladies are making waves, changing lives (including their own), creating from a space of thriving and not surviving, and I can’t wait to witness their journeys.
