What is your identity of yourself right now and what are you chiseling away to get to real you?
As I went through my storage unit I’m running across a ton of old pics from every stage of my life.
What I realized was that I have always considered myself the big girl, fat, heavier than all my friends, the one with
personality not looks, I wasn’t any of those things in multiple time frames of pictures!
I was the same size as the others, I was a normal size, I wasn’t just cute Jackie, I was beautiful!
I am beautiful and I know that now! (Well most of the time, still a work in progress) I have chipped away at many layers to start to reveal the real me. There is more work to be done of course but at least now I can see the real me inside of all the layers.
What is your identity you hold for yourself?
Is it the lower half of the body of this picture or the upper half?
This isn’t just about weight, it’s about all the things we carry every day that weigh us down and prevent us from shining our light and truly being the wonderful, exciting, happy, joyful, loving of others and ourself person.
If you need support chiseling away at all the extra “weight” that you are carrying send me a message and we can work together to discover what one step at a time you can take to experience true freeedom!!
