As I sit here on arrival day for my second retreat I have all sorts of thoughts swirling in my head.
Will they learn and grow?
Will I provide enough to make the change?
Will we be different when we leave?
Will I be good enough for them?
And then I pause and look over and this bag reminds me. . .
We are all. . .
BRAVER than we believe.
STRONGER than we seem.
SMARTER than we think.
LOVED more than we will ever know.
I make an impact just by BEing me for them. Holding the space.
Letting them BE.
Holding the gift of belief for them till they get there.
Trusting in the process and journey for all of us.
That’s what is different about being in my space. Not much had to be done to shift.
The shift started at the YES for these ladies!
When they said yes to self to take the time away from the rest of their world to be here for themselves.
It is in the willingness to own their power that will they will walk out of here different then they came in.
Soulsisters across my world. . . Always remember. . . . You are Braver, Stronger, Smarter, and Loved than you think you are!!
