Starting this beautiful Friday outside grounding with the chickens and the trees while enjoying my mushroom coffee.

We are all going to have those crazy days that you just wake up and go what happened?? Lol

It’s so important to take time to decompress and release the stress that might be stored in our body from the events.

This stored stress can be the creator of disease in the body so let it go!!!

Nature and grounding helps me do this. It doesnt take long to do. Couple minutes here and there.
