When my client today felt doubt in her ability to be a Mentor to her clients it struck my whole body.
She believed that she could be a coach and teach “the things” but to be someone who Mentors someone at deeper levels beyond the surface knowledge and strategy wasn’t a belief in her core.
When I asked the question “why are you a mentor?” The magical conversation below occurred. ❤️❤️❤️
Read her response and take it in. She knows in her heart and soul who she is. The ego takes over sometimes.
Since I was a kid I always saw in others what they couldn’t see.
I hold the gift of belief for them until they get there and see what I see and create their own belief.
When the magical moment happens that they feel the light that I see so clearly and their tears come. . . .I cry with them in complete celebration for this moment of owning their magic!
We are what we believe.
We are all coaches.
We are all mentors.
