We all need someone to pull us forward when we feel like quitting before the magic happens. . . 
Mike and I had a full day of exploring on Sunday and one place we went to was Palisade Falls in Bozeman MT.
It was a mile walk on nicely paved path to see the falls… up hill the while way.
If you know me I’m not a huge fan of cardio but will lift weights all day long!
After a lot of breathing heavy while doing the path up we saw the falls view in pic one.
I told Mike im all good! Got the pic! We can turn around now!
All I wanted to so was go downhill and breathe normal! 
Mike grabbed my hand and said you got this and I got you!
Love you babe! 
That’s normally my line! The nerve of him using my coaching on me! 
We kept going and made it to the actual falls and I got my I did it pic. 
The only limits we have are the ones we put on ourselves. 
Sometimes that itty bitty shitty committee ia loud! 
Thats why it’s key to surround yourself with people who believe in you and want to see you succeed.
